At VIEO, we began our collaboration with Coexpert by conducting an in-depth brand audit to understand its purpose, audience, and positioning in the evolving mentorship and learning landscape. Through this process, we uncovered the brand’s true potential as a platform that not only connects Learners and Experts but also bridges the gap between education and industry. By identifying its core strengths and communication gaps, we laid the foundation for a brand that feels authentic, aspirational, and future-focused.
Following the audit, our team at VIEO carried out detailed competitor research, studying both global mentorship platforms and emerging EdTech solutions. This allowed us to pinpoint what makes Coexpert stand out: its focus on real conversations over passive learning and its ability to offer practical insights through one-on-one mentorship. These insights shaped our creative direction and helped us define a visual and verbal identity that captures Coexpert’s essence while differentiating it in a cluttered digital space.
Based on our findings, VIEO crafted a strong brand positioning strategy anchored around the idea of Empowering Learners through Real Expertise. Every element, from tone of voice and typography to color palette and logo application, was designed to reflect Coexpert’s balance of professionalism and approachability. The goal was to create a system that builds trust and inspires confidence while remaining simple, modern, and accessible to a diverse audience of learners and professionals.
The result is a cohesive brand identity that communicates clarity, purpose, and transformation. Through this strategic framework, VIEO ensured that Coexpert’s visual and verbal identity work seamlessly across digital and print applications, reinforcing its mission of connecting ambition with experience.
