Terms & Conditions

By commissioning Vieo Productions (“VIEO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for creative services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, protect creative integrity, and maintain a smooth, professional experience for both parties.
1. Project Agreement & Deliverables
All project details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a mutually approved quotation or proposal.
Final files will be released only after full payment is received.
Previews shared before that point may contain watermarks and are not licensed for use.
The Client must nominate a single point of contact for all approvals and communication.
2. Client Responsibilities
Attend all scheduled meetings on time or provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Provide consolidated feedback within 3 business days of receiving creative work to maintain timelines.
Approve creative direction, locations, and talent during pre-production; changes thereafter may incur additional fees and extend timelines.
Ensure all products, materials, and props are provided in shoot-ready condition before production.
Cover all return shipping costs for products and props post-shoot.Maintain valid licenses for any third-party assets (fonts, music, stock media) used in the project.
Post-onboarding, all communication will be conducted via email; calls require at least 48 hours’ notice.
3. Ownership & Usage Rights
All creative work remains the property of VIEO until payment is made in full.
Unused concepts, designs, or materials remain VIEO’s intellectual property and cannot be used without written consent.
VIEO reserves the right to showcase final work and behind-the-scenes content for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.
Exclusive usage rights are available upon request for an additional fee.
4. Revisions & Scope
Unless otherwise agreed, each project includes one initial concept and two complimentary revision rounds.
Additional revisions or significant changes after approval may result in extra charges and revised delivery timelines.
Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and approved in writing before commencement.
5. Timelines & Delays
Project timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, and delivery of all required materials from the Client.
Delays caused by the Client may lead to revised schedules or suspension of the project.
Rush requests, if accepted, will incur an additional fee and depend on availability.
6. Payment Terms
A non-refundable booking advance is required to secure a project slot.
Staged payments will be outlined in the approved quotation.
Late payments may incur interest charges.
Work will pause or not commence until agreed payments are received.
7. Cancellation & Termination
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
VIEO may terminate a project for non-payment, prolonged lack of communication, unprofessional conduct, or persistent dissatisfaction after reasonable solutions have been provided.
If a project is cancelled, all completed work remains the property of VIEO and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
VIEO will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technology failures, or third-party delays.
The Client is responsible for securing any necessary legal clearances, such as copyright and trademark registrations.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Coimbatore District Court.
